A lot of people seem to want things without waiting, be they first time buyers or not. The situation that follows is often stressful, emotional & frustrating, leaving those involved feeling very helpless. Consolidating existing loans seems to be the way froward at the moment! But this too can be too much to manage. :( I agree.

I’ve seen so many first time home buyers jump into something they cannot afford only because they have big dreams. Do your homework done first if you are thinking about taking out a loan or mortgage.
