I sent an email explaining what I needed to do and whom I needed to contact & got a response within a day.
We have so much technology yet we often forget about it and remain helpless. Do you use the resources around you to take control and get what you want/need? Something as simple as typing ‘contact Northwick Park Hospital’ into google got what I needed. Effortless!
