I received an email about back pain. It focussed on what to do to help yourself when you’re in pain as well as how to prevent it! I know what it’s like to have back pain and be given contradicting information or be advised by someone who means well but doesn’t have enough knowledge to give accurate and meaningful tips.

So I checked it out with my physio who said it was good and fine to share. So here it is 🙂
