You will see from the attachment, that the Hayes Hawks BMX Club have secured funding from the GLA’s Summer of Sport scheme to run free BMX Coaching at Lake Farm Country Park on Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays in August. Times vary.
Just turn up and try – bikes, helmets, gloves will be freely loaned, subject to availability.
Long trousers, long sleeves and trainers necessary.
There will also be a Girls only Coaching Clinic on Saturday, 6th September, 1.30pm – 3.30pm, for which prior booking is necessary (email: girlpower@hawksbmx.co.uk ).
