I think risk taking is one of the biggest factors. The others can all be learned but taking risks sort of comes from within.

Extremely great advice. Very simple and straightforward. We all already know those advice inside, but its good to be reminded, and knowing them is not enough, we must apply and do even if its just one of those gems that we apply, it can go a long way
