Harrow’s first ever Mass Bike Ride?

Three rides will be starting from different parts of the Borough and will converge on the centre (the Grove Open Space, Lowlands Road) where you can have a picnic in the park and enjoy various cycling and health-related attractions, including a Family and Leisure Cycling Road show provided by Cycle Experience.

Each ride will be lead by trained cycling instructors and will take place mainly on quieter roads.  The duration will be around 30 – 40 minutes so you don’t need to be super-fit or super-confident on-road.  Children are very welcome on their own bikes provided they are at least 8 years old and can ride confidently along with other cyclists, on the road.

Start time is around 10.30 a.m. and the return rides will leave the Grove Open Space around 1.00 p.m.  Each ride will have 60 spaces available.
